FULFILLMENT CLERK
Key Responsibilities:
Pick and pack orders, ship orders and communicate with internal staff on orders and
availability. Abilities needed are -common sense, problem solving, ability to work with others,
communication, teamwork, computer knowledge and working in a physical environment for 8+
hours.
As a fulfillment clerk, you will ensure that orders are picked, packed, and shipped correctly. You
will also assist with inventory control and other processes. The fulfillment clerk will float
between packing & shipping, production and some front office work as needed. This is a great
opportunity to gain experience in several departments. It is vital that you can move from
department as needed.
Tasks may include (not limited to):
Pick, pack, and ship orders.
Work with fulfillment team to prepare orders for shipping
Assist with receiving, counting, and unpacking inbound shipments when needed
Count and place inventory into proper stock location
Help with inventory cycle counting and other miscellaneous tasks
Perform quality checks on incoming parts for any defects, and/or mistakes
Maintain a clean and organized work area
Order entry
Operating fabric cutting machinery as needed
Operate embroidery machinery as needed
Process orders for shipment through shipping software
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent is required
Three years of warehouse, shipping, or receiving experience is preferred
Experience with shipping software, including Starship and Fedex Ship Manager is preferred
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and teamwork skills required
Able to work at 7:00 AM -4:30 PM, Monday through Friday
Must have excellent computer skills
EDI experience a plus
Able to lift 30 lbs
Able to stand, walk, and lift for extended periods

WAREHOUSE MANAGER
Daphne’s Headcovers is seeking a highly organized shipping manager to oversee our company's
shipping and warehouse operations. You will be picking, packing, and processing orders for
shipping, monitoring inventory levels, and using EDI software to send order information to
vendors.
Shipping Manager Responsibilities:
Monitoring and helping maintain accurate inventory levels.
Picking and packing orders efficiently and accurately.
Using shipping software for printing labels such as Starship.
Receiving and helping unload incoming shipments via container.
Working with FedEx and UPS for outgoing shipping.
Shipping Manager Requirements:
Experience in working with UPS and FedEx.
Proficiency in electronic shipping software, such as Starship.
Forklift and pallet jack experience preferred.
Analytical, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
